Orders and ShippingWe deal with established accounts. Accounts can easily be established by contacting us by email (sales@daveinc.com) or by telephone at 1 (800) 366 3283. To establish an account we will need to know your Company Name, Phone Number, Mailing Address, and Street Delivery Address. We would also like to know something about your business and how you are marketing our products. We normally use UPS for freight out of South San Francisco, CA, to the address of your choice. Other methods of freight can be arranged. Opening payment terms include credit card (either Visa or MasterCard) or C.O.D. Other terms can be arranged on request and approval. For credit card paid orders, we give a 2% discount on the value of the invoice. We have no minimum order amount per invoice or per line item, but we only deal with established commerical accounts in the trade. Please note that we do offer a discount when you buy an "inner box" quantity of an item, and a further discount when a full shipping "case" is purchased. |
